20 Feb Starter supports the Committee of the Regions

Last October has been signed a framework agreement regarding assistance provided by Starter to the Committee of the Regions, the advisory body
representing local and regional authorities in the European Union.
The purpose of the agreement is the provision of scientific, legal, documentary and editorial assistance services to the Committees’ bodies,
members, rapporteurs and services.
The fields of interest covered by the agreement include:

• European Neighborhood Policy, Eastern Partnership and Euro-Mediterranean cooperation
• EU Decentralised cooperation
• EU enlargement policy

The services will be provided by the following relevant European institutions coordinated by Starter:

• CESPI – Centro Studi di Politica Internazionale (Rome – Italy)
• CIDOB – Centre d’Informacio I Documentacio Internacionals A Barcelona (Barcelona – Spain)
• University of Eastern Finland – Karelian Institute (Joensuu – Finalnd)
• Foundation Institute of Public Affairs (Warsaw – Poland)
