26 Jun STARTER AT BIOCHAR EXPO

In the program of events that are animating the city of Milan on occasion of EXPO 2015, CNR has organized an exhibition on the topic of biochar where Starter S.r.l. is participating with its own stand (in the picture).
The exhibition will last till 27th June and is hosted at the gardens of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Milan (Città Studi). It facilitates visitors’ approach to the biochar world through some thematic itineraries – energy, agriculture and other uses – with the purpose of demonstrating how biochar represents a system that favours sustainable development.
The initiative is promoted by ICHAR (Italian Biochar Association) and IBIMET (the Institute for Biometeorology of CNR) and started on 24th June with a conference – “Biochar: a sustainable solution for agriculture and environment” – that took place at the Italian Pavillion at EXPO.
