19 Sep Innovative applications of biochar: Starter at the School of biochar, Oct 13-14, 2022

Together with the Italian Biochar ICHAR Association, Starter is pleased to announce the 6th edition of the Italian Biochar School. In recent years, interest in biochar has grown thanks to its long-lasting CO2 removal potential that generates lasting environmental benefits. Today, its possibilities of use extend from the primary sector to green building, to the production of composites (polymers, concrete, asphalt), to water purification, to batteries. Furthermore, the use of biochar offers the possibility of generating carbon credits that can be spent on global markets. The School this year will address all the innovative applications of biochar, thanks to the scientific coordination of prof. Mauro Giorcelli of the Polytechnic of Turin and the participation of the world’s leading researchers. Join us in Florence or online!
