Alpine Space and Central Europe. First data on received expressions of interest

On occasion of the first Alpine Space call for proposals, which closed on 10th April, 200 expressions of interest were submitted. This has been the highest number of project proposals ever received since the Programme started. Here below you will find a diagram indicating the proposals per Priority and Specific Objective.
The Joint Secretariat in collaboration with the Alpine Space Contact Points will complete the assessment by Mid-June. Afterwards, the Programme Committee will select the proposals that scored best and will invite applicants to submit their second step proposals. The final project selection will close in December.

The first Central Europe call for proposals for light applications closed on 15th April. 620 project proposals were received and 180 of them by Italian Lead Partners. The diagrams here below provide an overview on applications per Lead Partner’s country, per Priority and Specific Objective as well as per type of beneficiaries.
The selection of the applicants to invite to the second step application will close on 22nd September. On 28th September will open step 2 and will close on 27th November, while the assessment of received project proposals will end in February 2016. Finally, Subsidy Contracts will be signed in April 2016.
The first call for proposals will finance contracts for a total amount of 80 million EUR from the European Regional Development Fund.
The second call for proposals of the Programme will be launched in Spring 2016.
